A: Great question! SAP C/4HANA is rebranding for Hybris. It’s a suite name for the SAP Customer Experience solution and it’s already available. Instead of Hybris, now SAP calls it SAP C/4HANA.

A: The Coresystems acquisition complements current SAP Service Cloud in SAP C/4HANA. Field Service has been a light area in SAP Service Cloud. But with the Coresystems addition, SAP Service Cloud has an end-to-end service solution, from customer service to field service.
Q: What about Callidus Cloud? How does that fit in?
A: Callidus Cloud is one of the most recent acquisitions from SAP to offer a next-generation Sales Cloud solution. The solution gaps in the former SAP Cloud for Customer such as CPQ and Sales Compensation are bridged with the Callidus solution. SAP Sales Cloud is a complete solution now.
Q: Is it possible to integrate an SAP ERP solution like SAP Business One with SAP Sales Cloud?
A: Yes, you can integrate SAP Sales Cloud with SAP Business One. For SAP B1, integration framework is delivered with SAP B1 9.x; you don’t need any middleware. Standard integration allows you to work in both of the systems seamlessly.

A: B2B selling has become more complex than ever. Without sales force automation, you are just running an outdated and inefficient sales organization. Sales reps must focus on selling, and process automation should free them up from mundane, repeatable, and manual tasks.

A: SAP C/4HANA has Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing and Customer Data components. Importance of one component over another largely depends on the individual customer and industry. For some, Commerce matters the most, while for others Service is most important.

A: Next six months are the most important for SAP C/4HANA. SAP is in the process of integrating all the newly acquired solutions such as Callidus Cloud and Coresystems to the SAP C/4HANA suite and also to SAP S/4HANA ERP. Customers will have the best CRM solution in the form of SAP C/4HANA.
